Data Capture and Conversion
Our data capture services facilitate the conversion of paper documents to an electronic medium for storage or manipulation of data. The output from conversion services may be data files in various formats, images, indexed images or portable document format (PDF) files.
Documents of various sizes, formats, thicknesses and physical conditions may be converted. These range from receipts to fanfold computer print-outs as well as documents printed on one or both sides of the paper. Fragile and sensitive documents may be evaluated on an individual case basis to identify the most appropriate technology to use while retaining the integrity of the original document.
In addition to conversion from paper, documents previously archived on microfilm or microfiche may also be converted as described above.
