DPK believe that two of the most important factors that determine the success or failure of a project is planning and management. DPK has over 15 years of experience in planning and managing a wide range of projects, varying in size and complexity. We have successfully delivered projects in both the Information Technology and Education sectors, many of which were very high visibility government projects. As a matter of course, project management forms an integral part of all our assignments, and our experienced project managers will tailor a project plan that will help to manage all aspects of the assignment including; activities and resources, responsibilities, critical milestones, risks, issues and change if they arise.

We also offer project management as a service. We recognize that many organizations struggle to develop and maintain in-house project management capabilities. In fact a project manager may only be necessary for specific projects.
